small half bath redecorating

I have a very small half bath that I would like to redecorate with a mosaic black and white floor tile, beadbord halfway to three quarters of the way up the wall and finish with a light grey paint scheme.  the bathroom is only 38" wide and 98" long with 9' high ceiling.  I'm not sure if this will work in such a small room with the ceiling so high?  Any help on this would be great!!

You have a small place to renovate, i don't think matters while renovating such small area, what matters is the vanity. I will suggest you to install a small bathroom vanity so that you would have much space to renovate the remaining.

Mosaic black and white floor tiles will look nice. The mosaic style is a classic for bathrooms and will never go out of fashion. It looks nice in all bathrooms be it big or small. Also to match up to a grey will though will look good, will end up making the bathroom darker and look smaller. So going fro a brighter color in small bathrooms always helps.

It should be just fine, you could also lower the ceiling.

I agree with ron45 and the color white and black is a very nice combination :)
