I recently moved into a new house that had no appliances. It has a dishwasher cavity. I had wood floring installed in the kitchen and now theres not enough room for the new dishwasherr to fit. What do I do?
If the flooring was installed in the dishwasher cavity most likely it will need to be removed. Also, check your dishwasher height, some have leveling legs which can be raised to allow for the dishwasher to be installed and then lowered again to level. You might also check with the flooring installer, they may be able to remove the first board in front of the cavity and install it again after the dishwasher is installed.
I can see that there are still a lot of things you need to adjust in your new home.
